LEADERS CLUB

Membership Criteria

The Leaders Club membership is tailored for individuals who hold senior leadership positions in their respective organizations. We carefully screen applicants to verify their executive seniority and ensure that our members have access to valuable support from peers who share similar experiences. To determine if you qualify for the LC community, we evaluate various factors that contribute to your level of seniority. These factors include:

  • The most frequent titles held by our members are CXO and VP. We seek a corresponding title in your organization, industry, or location.
  • Company size, based on number of full-time employees
  • Reporting structure, range 1 to 4 levels from CEO (varies with company size)
  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience
  • CXOs with less than 10 years industry experience must have managed a substantial P&L.
