Krishnan Sridharan is a visionary C-suite executive, entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record of success at some of the industry’s most prominent Fortune 100 healthcare companies, investment firms and technology start-ups.

His experience spans across the healthcare ecosystem, having held senior leadership roles with both payers and providers in strategy, sales, product development, analytics and marketing. He is the Co-Founder of the Leaders Club. He also consults with a range of mission-driven companies from start-ups to large, public companies on strategy, market fit, execution and operations.

Previously, he was the Co-Founder & President of Transcarent, a fast-growing $1.6B Silicon Valley start-up that is reinventing the way consumers make decisions about their own health and wellbeing. Prior to co-founding Transcarent, Krishnan was the Chief Growth Officer at Cigna Global where he developed the strategic direction of the global business and leveraged market insights to deliver innovative solutions across 30 countries.

Earlier in his career, Krishnan held senior positions at UnitedHealthcare, Aetna and a host of other health-tech organizations. Aside from Healthcare, Krishnan is passionate about the environment & sustainability, and serves as a Board Member at Kat Kid Adventure, a social enterprise with a mission to educate the next generation on climate change.
